LPDC machine for sub frame
Several machine models are developed for different customer’s production requirement
Wanfeng LPDC machine for sub frame is mainly composed of mechanical part, holding furnace part, electrical part, hydraulic part, air control part and mold cooling part.
When it comes to the hydraulic part
1. The hydraulic system is powered by a hydraulic station.
2. Each hydraulic actuator is controlled by a separate hydraulic solenoid valve, which can realize individual action or linkage, and the speed of each cylinder of the system can be adjusted. The main cylinder can automatically achieve the second speed.
3. The hydraulic system is equipped with the following circuits:
1), A set of main cylinder circuits.
2), Four groups of side mold cylinder circuits.
3), A set of safety lock cylinder circuits.
4), One set is connected to the cylinder circuit of the product mechanism.
5), A set of ejector mechanism cylinder circuits.
4. Pneumatic control part: mainly use SMC pressure valve and American proportional valve. The regulating pressure is 0.2mpa for the main circuit, 0.5mpa for the control circuit, and the pressure switch is in psi (mbar), low pressure 0.8 psi (55 mbar), high pressure 20 psi (1360 mbar).
