An automatic aerosol filling line for all aerosol related and its similar products manufacturing, excluding bag on valve aerosols, because this automatic filling machine is for aerosol valve with dip tube, but BOV filler is for valve with bag adopting under cup filling process.

Technical Description:

For automatic aerosol filling line, automatic liquid filling, valve crimping and propellant filling machine are the basic working stations, products are transported through these stations by conveyor, no need any manpower during filling process to form the idea of automatic production line.

And optional working stations, like automatic valve inserting machine, automatic inline weight checking machine, automatic water bath leakage testing machine, automatic actuator pressing machine and automatic cap pressing, they are aiming to replace manual work by machinery work, or aiming to enhance the quality check and control. They can be added in future if total investment budget is restricted at the beginning.

Safety concern:

To ensure a safe running, all electrical motors are explosion proof and Ex certified. Fully pneumatic driving power in zone 0, no any risk of static sparkling. All pressurized gas pumps or gas metering cylinders are all QC approved by 24 hours hydraulic pressure test up to 2.5Mpa.

Material or components:

Standard stainless steel 304, with over 20 years running still keep original shining, sanitary and easy cleaning.

Dosage metering parts are all CNC machined to guarantee a silent, stable and non-aggressive running for the moving parts, lower break time.

International well known brand pneumatic parts, help you an easy availability of spare parts from your local market, and easy management of safety stock.

Easy worn out parts would be delivered together with machine enough for two years running, free of extra charge.

FAQ

Q1: How many operators needed for the automatic line running?

A1: Basically 4 workers are needed for a fully automatic line with all optional working stations. First is at the beginning of the line for empty cans loading. Second is located at the water bath tester for visually supervising the leaking bubbles. And the last two are at the end of the line for finished products cartoning and palletizing.

Q2: We have very limited space in workshop, can we hold the big automatic line?

A2: We design the line case by case, so please send to us your workshop drawing or just sketch a few sizes, we will send to you a footprint layout with detailed dimensions for your reference.

Q3: Our workers are not very technical people, are we able to handle the automatic filling line?

A3: You can send 1-2 of your guys to us to get the training before machine shipment, or we can dispatch our engineer to your site for the startup and training to all your front line staffs. In future daily running, we are also your strong support by email, text or video call through Whatsapp or Skype etc.
