Rare earth magnets have contributed greatly to the development of modern society, and it can be classified into Samarium Cobalt magnets and Neodymium magnets according to the alloy compositions. In fact, most people believe that rare earth magnets refer in particularly to Neodymium magnets.
As a kind of fundamental functional material which supports modern society, rare earth magnets are widely served for many areas.
1.Whether your magnets have RoHS Certifications or not?
Yes. Both our Samarium Cobalt magnets and Neodymium magnets have RoHS certification, please contact with SDM team to obtain.
2.Whether Alnico and ferrite magnet belong to rare earth or not?
Neither Alnico nor ferrite belong to the family of rare earth magnets.
3.How to identify Samarium Cobalt magnet and Neodymium magnets?
Due to the excellent corrosion resistance, almost all of Samarium Cobalt magnets are free of surface treatment, and most of Neodymium magnet have Ni/Cu/Ni coating or Zinc coating with metallic luster.
